Allegations of, suspected fraudulent or corrupt conduct received by Stopline via telephone, email, online, facsimile or mail, will be independently collated and assessed by trained staff and then provided to Western Power’s Disclosure Officer, the Senior Forensic Advisory Specialist for review and action.
Sexual harassment reports will be provided to authorised members of Western Power’s Human Resources, SEQT Operations and Forensic Advisory Team for review and action. If there is anyone within these teams that is involved in your report and you do not want them to see your disclosure, you will have the opportunity to specify their name on the report form.
Who and what is the Disclosure Officer?

As an employee, how do I know that somebody won't just make some false claim to settle a personal grudge?
Stopline’s professional staff have experience in assessing whether calls are authentic. The Senior Forensic Advisory Specialist generally will decline to investigate a matter if satisfied the disclosure is trivial, frivolous or vexatious.
Is there a difference if I give my personal details and don't make an enormous disclosure?
Yes. If you give your details, then the Senior Forensic Advisory Specialist will contact you to discuss whether you want to be kept informed as to the outcome of the investigation. Without your details, we will be unable to share the outcomes of the investigation with you unless you initiate contact to receive feedback.
If I make a report will I be liable anyway?
